Every Project at Voppa follows a similar process:
- Project Proposal & Deposit
- Before a project begins, we'll give you an estimate that you sign off on along with sending in a project deposit.
- Creative Meeting
- Our team's creative juices flow when we all get together to discuss how to best meet your objectives creatively.
- Creative Brief & Timeline
- We provide you with a summary of our meeting and a timeline for checkpoints and reviews.
- Project Postings
- Our project postings are a quick way for you to review your project and make changes, managed simply and conveniently through email.
- Final Approval
- Your final approval is necessary for us to send a project to production.
- Production
- We are equipped to manage the production of print, multimedia, web and promotional projects.
- Delivery
- We can ship your project anywhere by your requested deadline.
- Invoicing
- This is the part no one likes, but we must do it. Our terms are net 15 days.
- Service
- Your Voppa representative is available to you throughout this entire project and will keep you posted on progress. Once the project is complete, our relationship doesn't end. Voppa will send you information on ideas, products and special deals as they are available.
